One is often skeptical when needing to reach out to someone they haven't used before. At 2 above zero I needed help. I was looking for someone that was local, could be trusted and was fair. After reading about Edwards, I called and left a message. Within the hour I was called back and we arranged a time. As the time approached, I received a text they were going to be 15 minutes late. When they arrived at that time, they went straight to the furnace and got busy troubleshooting. I watched them work and was impressed with the systematic way they used to zoom in on the problem. When it was determined what component failed, they had one in the truck. Before replacing the component, they looked for the reason why the component failed. They found a restriction/blockage. Upon clearing the problem, they fired up the furnace and it ran as it should. The component didn't need replacing. I gladly paid the fair price I was charged. I feel I was treated fair and honest and will call on them anytime I need my furnace/ac fixed. Thanks!
